Call to order and roll call of members.


Discuss, consider, and vote to approve or not approve the minutes of the April 27, 2011, special meeting.


Election of Parent Committee Members for the 2011-12 school year.


Election of Officers for the Parent Committee for the 2011-12 school year.


Discuss, consider, and vote to amend or not amend the By-Laws.


Discuss, consider, and vote to approve or not approve the regular meeting dates for 2012.


Discuss, consider, and vote to adjourn the meeting.


The Ottawa County Clerk was notified on November 15, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. regarding this special meeting.


The agenda was posted on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. on the outside window of the superintendent’s office and the Afton School Website.
