A Floriculture contest consists of the following:
Taking an exam that contains questions over flowers, their parts, tools, arrangements, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, etc.
Identifying 40 plants by there name
Identifying insects that could harm a plant and/or diseases that could harm a plant
Judging 3 sets of 4 plants rating them from the worst to the best.
