This Tuesday our FFA members went to the Northeast Bash LDE Contest which we helped host. We had a really good evening with members competing in 8th grade team creed, freshman creed, Jr and Sr opening ceremonies and greenhand quiz

Boys Basketball parent meeting tonight in the HS gym at 6PM for anyone 7th-12th grade that plans on playing basketball this year.

Parent Teacher Conference tonight from 3:30 to 6:30 Chicken & Noodles and Apple crisp in the cafeteria till 6:00.

Student Council went to the District 1 Meeting on Tuesday. We took 38 students. They learned how to be good leaders even when life is a circus! Thank you to Fairland for hosting.

Parents traveling to Fairland for the JH football game. Only the main gate will be open.

Today in geography classes we are learning about the Ring of Fire. Students had to build a structure out of marshmallows and toothpicks 3 stories high and see if it would withstand different levels of earthquakes, we used a tray and marbles to replicate the tectonic plates moving under the earths crust for the earthquake simulation.



Student council is selling community T-shirts, orders and money are due Thursday September 19th! Students please turn orders into one of the offices. This form has been sent home with students, if you need another you may pick one up at any of the offices.
