Today in geography classes we are learning about the Ring of Fire. Students had to build a structure out of marshmallows and toothpicks 3 stories high and see if it would withstand different levels of earthquakes, we used a tray and marbles to replicate the tectonic plates moving under the earths crust for the earthquake simulation.
Student council is selling community T-shirts, orders and money are due Thursday September 19th! Students please turn orders into one of the offices. This form has been sent home with students, if you need another you may pick one up at any of the offices.

Junior High Softball playing Tuesday evening.
5th graders working and learning at STARBASE Oklahoma. DoD STARBASE focuses on elementary students, primarily fifth graders. The goal is to motivate them to explore Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) as they continue their education.
Due to the high heat index expected Thursday evening, August 29. The football Scrimmage at Wyandotte will be pushed back and start at 7:00pm.
Football Schedule Update: We have added a Junior High Football on September 3, 2024. The game will be at Ketchum.
